Who we are

This website, Allegorise Academy, is operated by Jegor Prazdnicnov (Latvia), the controller of the personal data processed through it. You can contact us about your data at iphonejegor@gmail.com.

What data we collect

Account data: your email address, your display name and your password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we never see it in plain text).

Learning data you create: lesson progress, quiz attempts and answers, notes and bookmarks, your language preference, the trading system you write (rules, risk limits, checklists and their versions), and feedback messages you send.

Consent records: the date and the version of the documents you accepted at sign-up.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and similar information that our infrastructure providers log to keep the service secure and working.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or trading account credentials. Please do not put sensitive personal information in your notes.

Usage data: which pages and features are used (for example a lesson opened or a quiz submitted), recorded to improve the service. When you are not signed in, these records are not linked to you.

If you complete the optional survey, we also store your answers to build your starting plan.

Trading journal and checklist: if you use these tools, we store the entries you write (for example market, prices, result and notes) so that you can review them. They are visible only to you. Please do not enter information that identifies other people or your real account details.

Why we use your data and on what legal basis

To create and run your account and to provide the courses, progress tracking and notes (performance of the agreement with you, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)). To keep a record that you accepted our terms (legal obligation and legitimate interest). If we ask for your email for a waiting list or updates, we do so only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. We also use usage data to understand which parts of the service work and to improve it (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

We use infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: hosting, database and authentication, and email delivery for confirmation and password-reset messages. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and local storage

We use only strictly necessary technologies: a session token that keeps you signed in and a small first-party cookie or local setting that remembers your language. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How long we keep data

We keep your account data and learning data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your account and your learning data. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a limited period. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw consent. You can download your data and delete your account in Settings, or contact us at iphonejegor@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).

Age

The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 16. If you believe that someone under 16 has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will notify you in the service.
