About the service
Allegorise Academy is an online platform for trading education. It offers courses, quizzes, notes and progress tracking. At the moment the service is free. If paid features are introduced, separate terms will be shown before any purchase.
Educational purpose only
All content is for general educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or a signal to buy or sell any instrument. See the Risk Disclaimer.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: do not try to break or overload it, to access other users' data, to copy the courses systematically or resell them, or to use the service for unlawful purposes.
Content and intellectual property
The courses, texts, quizzes, design and other content are owned by Jegor Prazdnicnov or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning. You keep ownership of the notes you write.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features. Content may contain errors or become outdated; please report problems to iphonejegor@gmail.com.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your trading or investment decisions, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
